We carried out an investigation to find the weight of gas. We wanted to make sure it was a fair test so we weighed out equal amounts of three different fizzy drinks. We then shook out the fizz and weighed them again. We then compared the weights of the drinks when fizzy and flat to find the weight of the carbon dioxide.
In our music lesson today with Matt we have started learning the Christmas songs we will be performing virtually this year. Very exciting 👍🏼😃

In literacy we have been learning about all the key features we need to include when writing instructions. Today they made and tested their own paper aeroplane following a set of instructions.
Gymnastics- This term we are learning lots of new gymnastics skills in our PE lessons.
We have been learning about the history and purpose of barker calls. We used lots of persuasive language to write our own scripts. Here are some of the children performing their barker calls.
All the fun of the fair - we were fortunate to be visited by Scott who brought some traditional fairground games to share with us. We had a fantastic time having a go on each of the games.
This half term in Science we have been looking at electricity. In todays lesson we started off by recapping our knowledge of electrical circuits before investigating insulating and conducting materials.
This half term we have been working with Denise in PE practising our volleyball skills. Our favourite warm up was when Miss Hanna and Denise were on and had to try and get us all out.
